At present, Stahl & Partners has clients in over 40 countries around the world. The founder, Helena Ståhl, has worked in over 60 countries, lived abroad for more than 9 years, and is bilingual. She thrives on international connections, whether it is business or nonprofit projects.

Long before EQ and CQ were common knowledge, Helena Ståhl understood that the world would be a global arena and that we would have challenges in understanding each other when working across cultural differences. Even in our own backyard, it is sometimes hard to work together as we have different types of personalities. So Helena quickly got licensed in EQ, CQ as well as in IDI - Interpersonal Dynamic Inventory and has a thorough experience in all three.
