The objective is to develop top executives’ (CEOs and VPs) abilities to lead their organizations through change or transformation with defined goals and measurements during a coaching period of 8-18 months.

During the past 19 years all executives have reached their set measurable goals within the first 8 months of coaching. A second step can be to continue with a training process for the whole executive team where the objective is to transform a group of top executives into a High Performance Team – a team that "significantly outperforms all other similar teams, and outperforms all reasonable expectations.”

Management teams that have trained with S&P have:
