The national lottery Svenska Spel has cooperated with Ståhl+Partners for the past four years. Over 80 managers have participated in the tailor-made training program “Leadership in Development”. Our most recent project has been to develop a new team leader’s capacity to lead, organize, inspire and increase effectiveness in their teams.

Helena Ståhl at Ståhl+Partners individually coaches executives and managers for a period of six months. Presently she works with companies such as ATG, Rydbergs and Sabis. The purpose is to increase the individual manager’s ability to influence their board of directors and key leaders in their organization as well as to influence the overall results in their companies.

Over the last two years Dyno Nobel Europe has worked with Ståhl+Partners to encourage one team to work better together both within the team and with others outside the team.
