Helena Ståhl has more than 20 years of experience in training and development. She is the CEO of Ståhl + Partners, and the head trainer and project manager of all projects delivered by the company. Fredrik Dolk was employed by the Swedish Dramatic Theatre after graduating from the Swedish Theatre Academy. He has also worked for the Gothenburg and Helsingborg City Theatres, and appeared in more than 40 movies and TV shows. Today he works as an actor and also has frequent engagements in the corporate world. He is a co-owner of a company and a board member of another. With one foot in acting and the other in the business world, he has a very wide-ranging and unique competence.

Helena Eriksson Grönbek is trained and educated as a conversation and process coach specialized in William Isaac’s (Harvard Business School) methods. She is also an Arena Team consultant with focus on group dynamics and leadership. For the past five years she has worked exclusively with teams, such as executive groups, manager groups, project groups and entire organizations. She also coaches leaders, managers and employees on an individual basis. Helena has international experience from early childhood education in Mexico and the USA.

Helena Palm has worked with personal development for the past twelve years. She has been a personal life coach for athletes of the Swedish Swim Team and players of the Swedish NHL, as well as to executives and staff in the marketplace. Today she works as a coach for individuals and teams in various companies, and is often hired for in-house projects by our clients. Helena is also trained as a certified coach in Grief Recovery.

Johan Blad has been working with individual growth, business development and organizational transformation since 1992. He has experience from mergers and acquisitions, cross-boundary collaboration and entrepreneurial ventures. He was also partner and CEO in a management consultant firm for eleven years. He holds a diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, U.K. and has many years of experience working with issues of ethics and professional leadership practice. Today he is coaching executives, managers and management teams in 11 different countries. Johan has an unshakeable belief that people are doing the very best they can with the resources they have available to them at any given moment.

Magnus Lindkvist works as a trend analyst, and identifies trends of today as well as of tomorrow.  He holds an MBA from the Swedish School of Economics and a BA in Film from UCLA in California, credentials and experience which enable him to combine concrete business knowledge with imagination. He previously worked as a branding strategist for the consulting firm Differ and the advertising agency Grow Partners.

Malin Persson held a leadership position at Poolia for 9 years in Sweden and Finland. She has proven success in reaching financial goals while increasing teamwork. Malin is a civil engineer specialized in marketing, and she previously worked in the banking and insurance industries. Today she is a recruiter and an organization consultant for MPS. She holds licenses to perform individual and theme analysis, and she is also a licensed trainer at SATS (the Nordic region’s leading fitness chain).

Martin Fransson is a certified chiropractor and a certified communicologist. He has been working as a chiropractor since 1996. He also specializes in brain functions and how individuals can maximize their potential. Mirja Raukas Lind has a Master in Business Administration with core competence in strategic HR, succession planning and long term leadership development. What makes her unique is that she has wide-ranging experience to rely on: HR manager, consultant and operational managerial positions. Mirja works with simple and effective tools to develop leadership profiles, identify future leaders and support companies to develop their leadership to desired levels. Mirja has fifteen years experience, of which ten in leading positions. She has worked for Unilever, both as HR manager and in operations within marketing and finance.

Pamela Collin is a journalist and author, as well as a PR consultant. She has worked for SAS for several years, first as a reporter for the in-house magazine “Inside SAS”, later as PR and Press Manager. She now runs her own company, Pamela Collin Communications, which specializes in journalism, PR and communications. She also provides companies with strategic planning and solutions for critical situations. In 2008 Pamela published her book “Leading Personalities – 12 famous profiles about leadership” (Uppsala Publishing House).

Paul Anthony grew up in the USA. He comes from a large family where everyone, in one way or another, worked with fashion. In his early 20s he worked on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills as an assistant to the world’s first “personal shopper”. In 1989 he moved to Sweden, where he initially worked as a fencing coach and in fashion stores such as Hugo Boss and NK. Ten years ago he started his own business as Sweden’s first personal shopper.

Veronica Fransén is a trained social worker and has worked for the past fourteen years with team development for various companies. Her specialty is in the area of physical health and fitness, as well as service and customer relations. She has sixteen years experience working as an area manager, a human resources manager and a personal trainer for SATS, and she is in high demand as a guest speaker.

Yvonne Lebenberg is a licensed vocologist and speech therapist, and also holds a diploma in logonomy. Yvonne’s strength is her broad competence and her creative and unique hands-on pedagogical methods of teaching individuals and teams. The desired goal always sets the tone for the teaching method used in specific cases.
