Fredrik Dolk was employed by the Swedish Dramatic Theatre after graduating from the Swedish Theatre Academy. He has also worked for the Gothenburg and Helsingborg City Theatres, and appeared in more than 40 movies and TV shows. Today he works as an actor and also has frequent engagements in the corporate world. He is a co-owner of a company and a board member of another. With one foot in acting and the other in the business world, he has a very wide-ranging and unique competence.

She is also an Arena Team consultant with focus on group dynamics and leadership. He has experience from mergers and acquisitions, cross-boundary collaboration and entrepreneurial ventures. He was also partner and CEO in a management consultant firm for eleven years. He holds a diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, U.K. and has many years of experience working with issues of ethics and professional leadership practice. Today he is coaching executives, managers and management teams in 11 different countries. He holds an MBA from the Swedish School of Economics and a BA in Film from UCLA in California, credentials and experience which enable him to combine concrete business knowledge with imagination. For the past ten years, she has specialized in efficient methods for teaching and learning. She has also published educational literature on the subject of learning, study technique and cognitive function. Besides Sweden, Malin has also lived and worked in New Zealand.

Mirja Raukas Lind has a Master in Business Administration with core competence in strategic HR, succession planning and long term leadership development. Paul Anthony grew up in the USA. He comes from a large family where everyone, in one way or another, worked with fashion. In his early 20s he worked on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills as an assistant to the world’s first “personal shopper”. In 1989 he moved to Sweden, where he initially worked as a fencing coach and in fashion stores such as Hugo Boss and NK. Ten years ago he started his own business as Sweden’s first personal shopper. |
