RelaxU Medical Care is a company that started in 2005 with the goal of increasing the number of healthy people in Sweden and to offer world-class healthcare.
In cooperation with three other companies; Ståhl+Partners, BOW Development and Svenska KBT Institute (Swedish Cognitive Behavior Therapy Institute) have developed a one-year process with the goal to have a positive, concrete effect on the number of healthy people in Sweden by working with companies within the Swedish marketplace.

Ståhl+Partners works together with QD System AB and its Business School. Our partner is Jan-Gunnar Nergård. He is an engineer, and also holds an IT degree from the University of Uppsala. Since 1987 Jan-Gunnar has worked within education, first as a teacher and later as production manager, a marketing manager, CEO, and now also as VP of education at QD System AB. Jan-Gunnar focuses on counselling and problem solving of companies’ management issues. Ståhl+Partners collaborates with Effectiveness Consultants, and uses their behavioural test IDI. Our partner at Effectiveness Consultants, Thomas Larsson, is an experienced process- and organizational consultant who since the early 80s has worked with education, employee training and organizational development. Today Thomas is in charge of the behavioural tool IDI –Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory that was developed by Effectiveness Consultants’ founder, Dr. R. E. Zackrison. For the past few years Thomas has worked as a consultant for various companies in Sweden and abroad, for example the UN-World Food Program in Africa, and with conflict resolution programs for the Swedish Navy.
