Ståhl+Partners collaborates with Effectiveness Consultants, and uses their behavioural test IDI. Our partner at Effectiveness Consultants, Thomas Larsson, is an experienced process- and organizational consultant who since the early 80s has worked with education, employee training and organizational development. Today Thomas is in charge of the behavioural tool IDI –Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory that was developed by Effectiveness Consultants’ founder, Dr. R. E. Zackrison. For the past few years Thomas has worked as a consultant for various companies in Sweden and abroad, for example the UN-World Food Program in Africa, and with conflict resolution programs for the Swedish Navy.
