We know after more than 19 years of experience as a training company that people sign up for a course because they want to learn something they need right away and can apply immediately in their life. That is exactly how our methods and tools work. We have developed more than 100 different tools that our participants learn how to apply in their own work or personal life, depending on what the company and its employees need.

Each method we work with should meet the following standards:

  • The method should be in demand and needed.
  • It should be easy to apply in real life.
  • It should have been tested and evaluated in a corporate setting.
  • It should be continuously updated following changes in society and corporate life.
  • It should be able to create well-defined results in one’s life.
  • The trainers themselves should use the methods.
We at Ståhl + Partner’s AB do not make the changes. That is done by the individuals themselves. Everyone we meet has an infinite source of life-experience that provides insight and wisdom. Our job is to fill the gap between insight and action by identifying the needs, provide the tools and keep the focus on the goals. Our talent is to make people do what they want to do and need to do.
