One reason for our successful results is that we always perform individual analysis of needs before we propose a concrete training program. The analysis of needs provides us with a view of the company and how the employees perceive themselves and their needs. Based on this information, we can tailor a training process that reaches concrete results for both the company as well as for the individual participants. The analysis of needs also guarantees that the conditions for reaching goals and results are realistic. Before each training session starts, each participant sets clear, well-defined and measurable goals together with his/her respective manager and trainer. Trainer and manager ensure that the individual goals are in line with the over-all purpose of the training. The participants are more motivated when they can influence the training in this way, and when they decide themselves which need to improve and work on. We know from experience that when each participant gets access to a personal coach, the participant is more likely to be motivated, results are reached faster, and they lead to more permanent habits. In all training done by Ståhl+Partners, each person gets support based on his/her personal goals through individual coaching meetings. This is an efficient way to follow up goals and guarantee applications. During the entire training process all participants work with measurable and specific goals that are continuously followed-up in order to guarantee that the overall goals for the training are achieved. We have done extensive research on how to ensure that the methods we teach are not only applied, but also lead to long-lasting changes in behaviour and habits. We have discovered that when each participant gets access to a personal coach, the participant becomes more motivated, results are reached faster, and they lead to more permanent habits. The coaching can vary depending on how the training is tailored. Depending on the participant’s needs, it can be done by a specific personal coach, by the main trainer or by a team of trainers. |
