”There is an enormous number of incredibly talented trainers and successful training companies in USA. It would be presumptuous of us to claim that we in any way are better than they are. However, we have been asked to train employees and leaders in North America that are facing the same challenges that many of us trainers at Ståhl+Partners have experienced; to communicate, give presentations and lead others in a foreign country with a different culture and in a foreign language.
Here it is an advantage that we trainers share this experience with the people we train, and it helps us to adjust the training to their needs.
