BACKGROUND
Current research shows that committed and motivated employees significantly affect the profitability of a company. When one can develop as an individual within one’s work team, it provides an unparalleled positive impact for the individual, the team and the company.

WHAT IS THE RESULT?
On average, the participants increase their self-esteem by 25% and their self-awareness by 30%. Over 60% feel that they can work smarter and more efficiently.





OBJECTIVE

The program aims to combine personal development with developing relationships between employees. The goal is to give each employee a chance to grow based on their own opportunities, to create results that are long-lasting and visible in order to achieve a long term goal, to have a world-class organization and employees, and to be an attractive and valued workplace.

SCOPE, GROUP SIZE AND PARTICIPANT PROFILE

The ideal group size is between 16 and 20 participants. We only work with companies that want to show their employees that they are making a serious commitment to “world class employees” by investing in training that can create a visible difference for each participant.

The program is suitable for employees who are motivated to develop and grow as individuals.

TRAINING METHODS AND CONTENT

The training takes place once a week, for 3,5 hours per session. Morning sessions are preferable, but if that does not work, afternoons, or a combination of afternoons/evenings is an alternative.

The program is developed by focusing on all employees' potential capabilities in order to develop dedicated employees. All participants set individual targets and goals that are measured, compiled and presented.
