OBJECTIVE

The goal is to develop a management team into a "high performance team", which by definition is a team that "significantly outperforms all other similar teams, and outperforms all reasonable expectations.”

When this happens, it will greatly impact the entire company and its performance in sales, overhead costs, employee turnover and employee and customer satisfaction.

SCOPE, GROUP SIZE AND PARTICIPANT PROFILE

It takes at least 12 months to complete all steps necessary in order to function optimally and become a high performance team. The best effect is reached when the group trains for two consecutive days every 6-8 weeks for a year. It is crucial that everyone in the management team participates in the training in order to reach maximum effect.

TRAINING METHODS AND CONTENTS

Our training proposal is based on researcher and PhD Susan Wheelan’s research and methods for successfully developing a “High Performance Team”.

The training’s overall objective is measured with the ROI (Return on Investment) process. Each member of the management team also sets its individual measurable goal that is in line with the overall objective.
